Yes, all our products are shipped locally from Malaysia and are 100% ready stock unless stated otherwise. 

Our scented candles are hand-poured locally, made from 100% natural soy wax and curated essential oil sourced from local and international suppliers. 

We manage the entire process of our aromatherapy products from sourcing, pouring, mixing, curing and packaging to ensure the product is safe, high-quality and as eco-friendly as possible. 

Shipping charges depend on your postal code and is calculated upon checkout when you enter your shipping address. Please note that we only ship locally to Malaysia currently. 

At the moment, we only accept payments from Visa or Mastercard credit and debit cards via Paypal. We also offer payment option in monthly installment at 0% interest rate by Atome.

We do take 1-3 working days to prepare, pack and fulfill every order.

Upon confirmation of payment, you’ll receive an order confirmation notification via email from us. Upon completion of packing, we will input a tracking number for your tracking in a separate email from your confirmation email.

If you have not received your tracking number for within 3 working days of making your purchase, please drop an email with your order number to our support squad.

An order confirmation email will be sent out automatically upon payment completion of your order. However, if you wish to issue an invoice to your desired recipient and address, kindly contact our support squad to issue you a new one. 

Unfortunately, we practice a no-return / no-refund policy unless we have packed the wrong order or failed to deliver the goods to you. If you have concerns or any questions about our products or services, please reach out to our support squad and we will be happy to support your enquiries.
