Terms and conditions:

• For all pass holders, rescheduling is permitted with a 24-hour notice.
• A RM20/class penalty will apply for class cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice to ensure fairness to other students on the waiting list. In the event of last-minute rescheduling (less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled class), pass holders are entitled to one reschedule, encompassing all classes booked on that particular day.
• Failure to complete the penalty payment within 3 days of the rescheduled class will result in the temporary freeze of your membership status.
  The Green Loft reserves the right to withdraw membership access if the penalty payment is not fulfilled within the stipulated timeframe.
